  4. Add sugar there and stir, boil, turn down the heat and cook over low heat (so that bubbles float to the surface all the time) for 20-25 minutes, stirring almost constantly.
  5. Then you need to pour the mixture into the prepared pan, let it cool, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  6. As soon as the marshmallow hardens, you need to sprinkle it with sugar, then turn it out of the mold, holding it by the film.
  7. Next, remove the film and sprinkle sugar on the other surface of the dessert.
