- Rose seedlings should not be planted in shady areas, where elongation of the above-ground part of the plant may be observed, as well as weakening of growth and development;
- when grown in shade, ornamental crops are often damaged by the most common diseases and pests;
- It is not recommended to plant roses in areas exposed to northern and northeastern winds.
The best solution is to plant rose bushes on the southeast side of the garden plot. White roses grow well on light and “breathing” loamy soils and black soils, with good access of water and air to the root system of the plant. It is not recommended to plant ornamental crops on sandstones and sandy loam soils. A good result is achieved by adding peat, lime, rotted manure and turf.

Varieties must be concentrated into homogeneous compositions consisting of at least three to four bushes. In this case, the overall appearance of the rose garden will look more attractive. For example, a rose of the German selection of the “WhiteBouquet” variety is distinguished by very abundant long-term flowering, double and strong flowers of white or milky color, and is ideal for decorating the front edge of a flower garden.
White-flowered roses look very decorative with beautifully flowering shrubs, which can be planted behind rose bushes or at a distance of one and a half meters from the flower bed. An excellent addition can be low-growing daisies, bluebells, as well as ground cover perennial and annual flowering crops.
Carnations are still a favorite plant for planting with roses, and most modern varieties bloom continuously. It is better to use low-growing species, such as AlwoodiiAlpinus, and avoid planting carnations and roses of the same color.

Features of care
Measures for caring for white-flowered rose varieties do not differ significantly from the technology for growing ornamental crops of other varieties:
- Rose bushes need to be fed regularly, using aged horse manure mixed with soil for this purpose;
- the use of pig manure and poultry droppings should be limited due to the botanical characteristics of the crop;
- at the stage of bud formation, it is advisable to feed the plant with calcium nitrate, diluted at the rate of a tablespoon per bucket of warm water;
- every two weeks during the active growing season it is recommended to feed the plants with mineral fertilizers, as well as herbal infusions with the addition of mullein;
- It is not advisable to use fertilizers at the stage when roses are blooming;
- before fertilizing and immediately after fertilizing, in order to avoid the rose getting burned, it is necessary to water the plant as much as possible;
- fertilizing and watering should be carried out in cloudy weather, or in the evening and morning hours;
- if it is necessary to increase the vitality of the rose bush, it is recommended to fertilize with Epin, Potassium Humate, Zircon or Ecosil;
Mulching the trunk circles of rose bushes with a layer of humus, hay or peat gives a very good result. In cold and rainy weather, rose bushes are not able to absorb nutrients from the soil, so foliar feeding is carried out by spraying, which improves the condition of the ornamental crop, as well as increases the number and size of flowers.
