It has always been known that mushrooms have many healing properties. They have always been eaten and used as medicine. Chanterelles are the most popular mushrooms used in alternative medicine.

Below we will look at the beneficial properties of these mushrooms, and you will also find out what diseases they treat.

What diseases are treated with chanterelles?

The truly unique substances contained in these mushrooms make it possible to use them in treatment:

  • tonsillitis;
  • abscesses;
  • liver pathologies;
  • boils;
  • hair and nails
  • anemia;
  • osteoporosis;
  • rickets;
  • dysbacteriosis.

In addition, these mushrooms should be eaten to strengthen the immune system, prevent malignant neoplasms and tuberculosis. Treatment with chanterelles for cancer is covered here.

Chemical composition

Before you start using chanterelle mushrooms for therapeutic purposes, the medicinal properties and contraindications of which are well known today, it is worth considering the chemical composition of these “forest gifts.”

According to research, chanterelle mushroom is rich in vitamin A, vitamins PP and B1, as well as D2 or ergocalciferol. They contain a lot of zinc, copper and some other trace elements. Thanks to a substance called quinomannose, chanterelles are never worm-free. This component is considered poisonous to all parasites and arthropods.

These mushrooms contain a lot of ergosterol and some natural prototypes of antibiotics. This product is low-calorie; a 100-gram serving of raw mushrooms contains only 19 kcal.

Useful properties of chanterelles

The beneficial properties of these mushrooms disappear when cooked or pickled. They remain only in dried mushrooms, which are consumed in powder form.

These mushrooms have the following beneficial properties:

  1. They contain a substance such as quinomannose, which remarkably rids the body of parasites and their eggs;
  2. Strengthen immunity;
  3. Restore vision and also relieve all inflammatory processes that may occur in the eyes;
  4. They have an antibacterial effect, so they help treat inflammatory diseases;
  5. They contain a huge amount of vitamins and minerals;
  6. Help fight liver diseases, namely: cirrhosis and hepatitis C virus;
  7. Helps with chronic fatigue, relieves irritability.

Chanterelle tincture with vodka

Basically, this tincture is used against various parasites that are in our body. It can also be drunk as a general tonic for those who especially live in unfavorable environmental areas. In addition, the drug is recommended for use in case of deficiency of vitamin A, zinc and copper.

How to do it yourself?

To do this, mushrooms should be collected in ecologically clean areas, namely in forests that are located away from highways or industrial facilities.

Once you have collected the required amount of mushrooms, you need to clean them from dirt and foreign debris. There is no need to wash mushrooms before drying. It is advisable to spread a few clean leaves on the windowsill of the balcony and arrange our chanterelles or hang them at a short distance from each other.

They should be dried for at least 1 week. Next, they need to be crushed to powder. You can do this in a coffee grinder. The prepared substance must be stored in a dry and cool place for no more than 1 year.

You can also dry them in the oven, but this should be done at extremely low temperatures - no more than 50 degrees.

Where can I buy?

If you don’t know how to correctly identify mushrooms (good or false), or you simply don’t have the opportunity to go into the forest and collect them, then don’t despair.

You can buy already dried mushrooms at any pharmacy. Moreover, they are both domestically produced and imported. Moreover, the latter are mainly produced in the form of capsules with dry powder, which are quite convenient to take with water.

Medicinal properties of mushrooms

The mushrooms in question taste slightly sour when raw. They have been used as a food product for many centuries: many delicious dishes are prepared, fried and raw, pickled, and salted. At the same time, chanterelles “manage” not to lose their healing properties. These mushrooms retain their appearance during transportation; for normal preservation, you only need cleanliness and dry air.

The usefulness of chanterelles and their medicinal properties depend on the many substances that are in their composition. It is worth noting some of them: groups of vitamins, vegetable fats, carbohydrates, valuable polysaccharides, amino acids and many important microelements.

The list of diseases that can be cured with the help of chanterelles is very extensive. These include the following diseases: anemia, rickets, cancer, hepatitis and other liver diseases, eye diseases and many others. It is worth noting that chanterelles and preparations made from them are a completely harmless natural product that does not cause allergic reactions in the human body.

Traditional healers pay special attention to chanterelle mushroom tincture. Its effectiveness was known long before the development of pharmaceuticals. Chanterelle tincture should be taken into use by residents of cities where millions of cars scurry around day and night, there are industrial enterprises with their emissions, and poor ecology has been noticed. This drug benefits the body when there is a lack of vital substances, including copper, zinc and vitamin A.

Chanterelles from various parasites

These mushrooms contain a truly unique substance - the polysaccharide D-mannose; it has a detrimental effect on parasites, paralyzing their nerve endings, and also destroys the membrane and deprives them of motor ability. But at the same time, this substance does not have any effect on the internal organs and the body as a whole.

Chanterelles have a fatal effect on the following parasites:

  • lamblia;
  • roundworm;
  • pinworms;
  • trematodes;
  • flat and tapeworms;
  • whipworms.

Recipes with chanterelles for parasites

There are a lot of recipes for preparing medicine against uninvited guests, for example:

Radar - chanterelles - natural medicine

Chanterelles are rich in ergosterol, which provides them with amazing antibacterial properties. Another substance, chitintannose, protects these amazing mushrooms from worms and provides anthelmintic properties. It is very important that chanterelles kill not only adult worms, but also larvae. The only note is that the medicinal properties of chanterelles disappear when heated to 60 degrees and when salted. Therefore, for medicinal purposes, use fresh or dried mushrooms. It is very convenient to make a tincture.

I bring to your attention a recipe for chanterelle tincture from my friend Tatyana. The recipe is folk and has been successfully used by Tanya’s friends and relatives for many years. So, take one kilogram of fresh chanterelles. Thoroughly remove soil and leaves and grind in a blender or meat grinder. Keep in mind that mushrooms should not be washed. Otherwise, they will absorb water, which will significantly dilute the concentration of nutrients in the finished product.

In addition, chanterelles perfectly treat inflammatory and viral diseases. My friend managed to get rid of a severe form of sore throat in just a couple of days. For this purpose, you should take chanterelle tincture at least twice a day - morning and evening. You can also use the tincture during epidemics to prevent diseases. Take 1 teaspoon of mushroom tincture with water twice a day.

Chanterelles can treat furunculosis and abscesses. They are a natural antibiotic and inhibit the growth of tuberculosis bacillus. Chanterelles also help remove radionuclides from the body; they contain vitamins A, B1, B2, PP, trace elements zinc and copper.

However, when taking chanterelles orally, keep in mind that, like other antibiotics, they disrupt the intestinal microflora. At the first dose, digestive tract upset may occur. Therefore, while eating chanterelles, it is advisable to drink fermented milk products - kefir, yogurt, and even better acidophilus.

You can forget about hepatitis in four months if you drink a teaspoon of tincture in the morning.

The liver is cleansed for two weeks by drinking two teaspoons of medicine in the evenings.

They say that chanterelle tincture with vodka helps against cancer. Of course, I want to believe in it. However, for such diseases, traditional medicine recipes should be treated only as a method that helps the main traditional method of treatment. Then the positive effect will only increase.

Contraindications of the drug

No studies have been conducted regarding the contraindications of this drug, but:

  • Due to the alcohol content, it is not recommended to give to children;
  • should not be used by people who are allergic to alcohol;
  • You should not drink chanterelle tincture during pregnancy and lactation;
  • Do not use the drug for pancreatitis;
  • for gastritis and intestinal pathologies.

When collecting chanterelles, you need to be very careful not to pick up false ones; distinguishing them from real ones is quite simple:

  • They have pale orange caps.
  • They often contain various worms, but real chanterelles do not contain them.

Medications

Experts rarely prescribe drugs based on mushrooms. This is due to the fact that a large number of them are biologically active food additives, or, more simply, dietary supplements, and doctors are not very fond of them. Such drugs also have their positive aspects - a minimum of contraindications and side effects.

The most effective are:

  1. Vermostopping. It has antiparasitic activity against more than 100 species of helminths. In addition, it has a general strengthening, tonic and wound healing effect.
  2. Blastaps. It has the same effects as the previous pharmaceutical product.
  3. Dried chanterelles in capsules. Has an impressive list of actions. But they should not be consumed by pregnant and lactating women, as well as children under three years of age.

All of the above medications should be taken exclusively according to the instructions and only in consultation with a specialist.
