  • The wort must be moved to a dark place. The temperature there should be +22-24 degrees.

A new medical glove must be used every time! It cannot be worn again.

  • First of all, you need to prepare the starter. To do this, you need to take a glass of cranberries, crush them directly with your hands, pour them into a liter jar and add 0.4 kg of sugar. Cover the jar with a gauze bandage and place it in a warm (at least +26 degrees) dark place for 10 days.
  • The rest of the berries need to be sorted out and crushed. Pour into a large container with a narrow neck (a bottle of at least 15 liters). Pour cold water over the berries and add sugar.

To rid wine of bitterness, it is necessary to remove it from the sediment.

  2. Roll the berries a few at a time on the board. All debris (sticks, leaves, etc.) will remain on the towel. Before rolling, we look through these groups of berries and select all that are rotten or spoiled.
  3. We wash the cranberries and drain the water. Using a dry towel, dry the berries. They must be completely dry before freezing, otherwise the cranberries will stick together.
  4. We put the dried cranberries into separate bags in small portions and put them in the freezer. It is not advisable to freeze all the berries in one bag. They will not survive repeated freezing.
